A Global Handmade Movement Aimed to Connect and Heal

The Creative Kidness Foundation invites crafters of all skill levels to donate cards year-round.

Since its inception, the Creative Kindness Foundation has sent nearly two million cards to organizations around the world.

These cards, explains Megan Stahlecker of the foundation, create “millions of individual moments and joy and comfort. The ripple effect of these cards is exponential.”

Crafters of all skill levels are invited to donate their cards by mail. The foundation’s team then organizes cards by topic/theme, and distributes them to partner organizations — which uses them in the communities they serve. Cash donations are welcome, as well.
